The design of the smaller ground-level structures with pronounced traditional details is in accordance with the existing characteristics of the wider contact area and the visual communication with the centre of Slano, whilst the small lagoon forming at the mouth of torrential streams that feed into the sea adds to the spatial distinctiveness and particularity of the entire marina complex.

In order to provide the boaters with the necessary amenities and services, the marina also features a workshop/repair shop, cloakroom, toilets with shower facilities, as well as hospitality, shopping and tourism facilities with an outdoor pool.
