Design description
This historical building was built on Lapad peninsula, at the time the wider and green part of the city, in a country house-style that is suitable for a life in nature.
The most important task regarding this renovation was to add features of modern living: a garage, summer kitchen, gym, outdoor pool…
The existing building was in dilapidated condition and featured unsuitable extensions by the northern façade. That was the reason why the aim of our design was to achieve clean lines and a well-proportioned shape.

The outdoor garden elements, fence walls, stone walkway with stone columns and a pergola, stone stairways and green surfaces have been fully renovated according to the original design. Restoring the building has ensured its historical continuity and preserved a special way of life.
Through the renovation and new additions we have adapted the building complex to a modern way of life, whilst at the same time keeping to the original design.
